Built By People Who
Understand The Journey.

Post Peak Foundation was founded by Jeremy Bowen and Quincy Faison—two entrepreneurs and sports dads who believe athletes deserve the same intentional preparation for life beyond sport that they receive for competition.

Why Post Peak Foundation

Two sports dads. One shared mission.

Athletes are surrounded by coaches, trainers, teammates and resources designed to maximize performance. Jeremy and Quincy saw a different question: who is helping athletes intentionally prepare for the decades that come after the scoreboard stops?

They created Post Peak Foundation to help close that gap earlier—through education, mental health resources, career pathways and entrepreneurship. The goal is not simply to help athletes transition out of sport. It is to help them build a future while they still have momentum, relationships and opportunity around them.

EducationKnowledge and skills that travel beyond sport.
Mental HealthResources that support the whole person.
Job PlacementRelationships and preparation that open doors.
EntrepreneurshipExposure and education that create ownership pathways.
The idea behind the name

The peak is a moment. The person is the future.

Post Peak Foundation is built on the belief that an athlete’s competitive peak should become a platform for what comes next—not the definition of what came before. By starting earlier and surrounding athletes with the right education, resources, mentors and opportunities, we can help turn a period of transition into a period of possibility.
