Measure The
Next Chapter.
Impact should be measured by what athletes can access, complete, build and become—not by impressions alone.
Metrics that can grow with the Foundation.
V5 deliberately uses a framework instead of invented results. Replace these categories with verified numbers as programs launch.
Publish annual or quarterly results once data collection and definitions are approved.
Enrollments, certifications, degrees, workshops and financial-literacy completion.
Resource referrals, transition participation and wellness programming.
Mentor matches, interviews, internships, offers and placements.
Business plans, operator introductions, training and ownership outcomes.
1. Access
Did an athlete receive the resource, mentor, professional, employer or educational opportunity they needed?
2. Progress
Did the athlete complete a credential, develop a plan, improve readiness, advance through interviews or build a concrete next step?
3. Outcome
Did that work lead to sustained education, employment, business ownership, stronger support systems or other verified long-term results?
4. Continuity
Did the Foundation remain connected through the transition rather than treating support as a one-time transaction?
